Waleed Al Tattan is an advocate before the higher constitutional Court and Court of Cassation. He has practiced law in the state of Kuwait since 1993.
His experience in dispute resolution matters is unmatched; he is very well known among his peers in Kuwait for being a legal reference for all litigation matters and he participated in the preparation of legal studies on disputes in various sectors.
Throughout his career he contributed in the realization of significant judgments with resounding impact which established new legal principles paving the way for the interpretation of laws, such as the Kuwait Companies Law, the Capital Markets Law, the Financial Stability Law, the Agency Law and the Protection of Competition Law.
