Hussain Saleh is an Senior Associate with Meysan Partners.

Mr. Hussein Saleh is a member of the firm’s corporate practice; His extensive experience includes mainly Banking Matters, Corporate Matters, Commercial Contracts & Agreements, M&A, Capital Markets, IP, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Dispute Resolution.

Hussein joined Meysan Partners after gaining more than 15 years of experience in the field working with regional law firms and many companies in different fields of business where he worked on several large local, regional and international transactions.

  • The representation of the clients before the investment authorities and the business regulators.

  • Structuring multiple projects and shareholding companies in Egypt, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Morocco.
  • Provide the supervision and the legal advisory on PPP transactions with a great value.
  • Handling major BOT transactions in and outside of Kuwait.
  • Participation of a Sukuk Issuance project for a Public Shareholding Real Estate Company in Kuwait.
  • Completion of various Due Diligence and Merge & Acquisition transactions.
  • Member of the Management Committee of a Public Shareholding Real Estate Company.
  • Restructuring of many companies & projects based on business needs.
  • Finalizing several international business transactions.
  • Participated in the establishment of the first company in Kuwait according to KADIPA Law.
  • Providing the Board Secretary legal support services and advices.
  • Finalized multiple Due Diligence Transactions and the assessment of the legal position of the companies’ litigation matters and general disputes.
