• Advised a regional group on the restructuring of its retail business in Kuwait, including the acquisition of additional shares in Kuwaiti companies.
• Advised banks on loan facilities, indebtedness, and bankruptcy issues, revised the bank’s corporate documentations, and adapted them with compliance requirements.
• Advised a foreign purchaser in the acquisition of a business in the medical sector in Kuwait. The work involved due diligence reviews, drafting and advising on the transaction structure and documents.
