Moayad Tareq AlSuwaidan is an Associate with Meysan Partners. Mr. AlSuwaidan has previous experience in the legal financial services industry having interned at NBK Capital and Wainwright Investment Counsel in Boston. After completing his B.Sc. in Finance from Bentley University, Mr. AlSuwaidan pursued a Juris Doctor from the Northeastern University School of Law. His legal education concentrated on Business and Commercial Law. He has completed extensive coursework on a variety of business law issues as well as completing four legal co-ops focused on the public finance and commercial industry. Mr. AlSuwaidan worked for Meysan Partners as a Law Clerk in 2016 where he gained experience in corporate merger acquisition matters. Having worked as a Law Clerk with Mintz Levin in Boston, he gained skill in the US public finance sector by representing conduit borrowers, underwriters, and other market participants in tax-exempt bond financing. During his final year of Law School, Mr. AlSuwaidan was the Editor-in-Chief of the Northeastern University Law Review.
Mr. AlSuwaidan has experience with the working with the Capital Markets Authority in Kuwait. Mr. AlSuwaidan’s familiarity with international issues and the U.S. legal system along with his fluency in Arabic and English has well equipped him to work on cases involving corporate law issues for multi- national companies and clients.
As an Olympic athlete, Mr. AlSuwaidan earned silver medals in a variety of international Olympic competitions for the Kuwait National Rowing team.
