Meysan Partners advised on the sale of Al Shohub Private School (“Al Shohub”), a British education provider in Abu Dhabi, to Aldar Education (“Aldar”), the leading education group in Abu Dhabi which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aldar Group. This transaction will boost Aldar Education’s strong reputation within the market, while adding its expertise to enhance the educational experience for current and future students.
