Meysan Partners LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has elected 3 new partners, effective January 1, 2021.

The new partners are:

Ahmed Awni (Dispute Resolution / Kuwait) – Ahmed’s practice focuses on complex commercial and financial litigation and recognition and enforcement of international arbitration awards and judgments. He graduated from Alexandria University.

>Zainab Aziz (Corporate / Abu Dhabi) – Zainab’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inward and outward bound investments, corporate restructuring, and general advisory matters. She graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law

Michel Ghanem (Corporate / Beirut and Kuwait) – Michel represents regional and international companies in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance and private equity transactions. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in International Commercial Law.
