Meysan Partners represented SBX Capital and Kuwait-based interior designer and entrepreneur Farah Alhumaidhi in the acquisition of 40% of Kuwait-headquartered EdTech marketplace Dawrat.
With the rise of e-learning and the ongoing effects of the Covid pandemic, the company looks to further support the public to maximize the effectiveness of online learning. The acquisition will also result in appointing Mrs. Farah Alhumaidi as the company’s chairperson.
