Licensed to appear before the Constitution Court and Court of Cassation, Mr. AlBisher is specialized in meeting the extraneous legal demands of multinational companies, restructuring legal teams, and mediating complex disputes.
Mr. AlBisher’s expertise revolves around commercial and capital market disputes, taking several securities cases to trial and prevailing. In particular, Mr. AlBisher represented major financial brokerage firms and financial and real estate funds against the Capital Markets Authority, other regulators and private investors.
Over the last five years, Mr. AlBisher amassed the trust of government-owned oil and gas companies. Representing two of the biggest downstream K-companies, Mr. AlBisher navigates, on a daily basis, sophisticated contracting/construction disputes, compliance, employment and union related matters and overarching corporate structure advice from a legal perspective.
