Acted for the Capital Markets Authority on the preparation of preferred shares regulations, sukuk regulations listing of bonds and sukuk regulations; including the Kuwait Companies Law, licensing and other regulatory streams in Kuwait.

Advised the National Investments Company on the merger of two CMA regulated financial brokerage companies in the first ever merger under the CMA regulations issued in 2015.

Advised the sellers in the sale of Ram Three SA and Boulevard Hotel Company Ltd. Ram owns a subsidiary, Pearl One SA, a Moroccan company and which operates a hotel under the “Ramada Encore” brand in Tangiers, Kingdom of Morocco.

Acted for the Ministry of Finance on the public sector remuneration system reform.

Advised the selling shareholders Falcon Group as the exclusive legal advisor. The transaction, which sees Raptor Equity Ventures Limited investment in Falcon Group, the transaction involved the negotiation of share purchase terms, as well as the procurement of regulatory consents.
