Elissa Bou Nader is a Trainee Associate at Meysan and a member of the firm’s corporate practice.
Prior to joining Meysan, Elissa gained experience as a trainee lawyer at leading international law firms in Paris, including Norton Rose Fulbright.
Her practice experience is centered on cross-border M&A and project finance, particularly in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and banking sectors.
Key Experience:
•Assisted on complex transactions involving joint ventures, public-private partnerships (PPPs), mining conventions, project structuring, and project financing arrangements.
•Drafting and reviewing transaction and financing documents
•Assisting in the negotiation of SPAs and related corporate documentation, conducting legal due diligence, and advising on corporate and regulatory matters under various legal frameworks, including OHADA law, Moroccan law, and French law.
