Hasan Rizvi is a Partner at Meysan and Head of UAE Corporate. He has practiced on the ground in the United Arab Emirates for more than 20 years and advises clients on establishing, investing and operating across the UAE, the DIFC, the ADGM and the wider MENASA region.
His practice combines complex transactional and regulatory matters. He acts on M&A, investments, joint ventures, projects, capital markets and restructuring transactions, and on DFSA, FSRA and UAE CMA authorization, fund formation and marketing, and ongoing corporate governance.
