Mohamed Khalil is a Counsel at Meysan and, a member of the litigation practice in Kuwait. Mohamed has been practicing attorney since 1990. His experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts, handling commercial transactions, advising on licensing and regulatory issues, providing legal memoranda, initiating legal actions, and drafting pleadings and motions; in addition to the general day to day legal services which include incorporation services, providing legal opinions, and addressing emerging legal issues.
