Patrick is a Senior Associate at Meysan’s Beirut office, with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. Additionally, he serves as General Counsel on a secondment basis to National Real Estate Co., one of the largest listed real estate companies in Kuwait, with significant investments in the MENA.

Patrick provides comprehensive legal counsel and expert guidance across a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions. Patrick has a proven track record in advising both multinational corporations and local enterprises on high-profile acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and complex franchising and distribution agreements. He also has significant expertise in data privacy and real estate matters. With a deep understanding of both international and GCC legal landscapes, Patrick is skilled at delivering strategic solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients operating in diverse regulatory environments.

Patrick has been recognized by The Legal 500 for his expertise, earning the titles of Rising Star Lawyer in 2020, 2022, and 2023, and Next Generation Lawyer in 2018.

Prior to joining Meysan in 2021, Patrick held senior associate positions at renowned top-tier regional law firms. During this time, he gained significant experience in managing high-value transactions and complex legal matters across Lebanon and the MENA region. Notably, he also served as the seconded legal advisor to a prominent GCC bank in Lebanon, where he provided strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and complex financial transactions.

  • Assisted in the USD 4.1 billion sale of a global integrated logistics business of a Kuwait-based company to a Danish entity (IFLR Middle East Awards 2022 – M&A Deal of the Year).
