The Meysan team has secured another monumental legal victory. Spearheaded by Dr. Abdulwahab Sadeq and Senior Counsel Tarek Diab, the team represented a global automotive company and a local dealer in a legal dispute with their former local agent, who demanded various compensations amounting to approximately one hundred million US dollars. Despite the challenges faced in the case and the court’s nullification of some essential terms in the contract, Maysan team managed the dispute with high efficiency, resulting in a judicial ruling rejecting all claims made by the local agent.
It is noteworthy that Maysan represents many foreign companies operating in the automotive and energy sectors in their legal disputes both inside and outside the State of Kuwait.
